At one time or another, I’m pretty sure we have all struggled with getting our kids to eat the required servings of fruits and vegetables each day. I know, in the past I have tried to get the servings into them via fruit smoothies, fruit faces on bowls of oatmeal, ants on a log…{no, not real ants…celery sticks filled with cheese and topped with raisins…lol} and adding grated carrots to pasta sauce.
