Oak Lawn Images {2012 Gift Guide}

The beautiful background image you see above, on my site, and accompanying all 2012 Gift Guide entries was taken by the wonderfully talented photographer, Catherine White, owner of Oak Lawn Images.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Oak Lawn Images for being kind enough to allow me to use this photograph in my gift guide.

Artist Autobiography -

We live on the crest of Darling’s Island, overlooking a very picturesque lake, with farmlands as a backdrop. We face the sun and moon rise each day; it seemed selfish to keep this abundant beauty to ourselves. As an artistic way to share our scenery, we photograph the many seasonal changes and share them with others, who don’t get to experience this beauty on a daily basis.

We have Photo Greeting Cards and Prints of our ‘home’ area as well as many photographs from regional areas such as Saint John, St. Martins, Hampton, Prince Edward Island, River and Lakes, Down Country Roads and the Bay of Fundy.

We sell by word of mouth, at local craft markets and on-line contacts.  Our work can also be seen at ‘The New Artisian Studio’, in Saint John and during the Summer at the Hampton’s, Visitor’s Information Bureau.  Our work has been distributed to many parts of North America, Central America, United Kingdom and the Philippines.
