Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Wonderful 2014!

Christmas

I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you, the readers of  Older Mommy Still Yummy for making blogging so much fun for me! Whether you glance through the odd article or read every word, comment or not, enter a contest or drop by for a recipe; I am so happy you have taken time from your busy day to visit with me and my blog. It honestly means so much and gives me such enjoyment!

Weather permitting…lol… my son and granddaughterkitty will be arriving from London, Ont. tomorrow.  They will be joining our daughter, my husband, our two kitties and me for a  for a nice long Christmas visit! We are all so excited to be together for lots of quality family time, great food, relaxation and fun!

I am taking a few days away from blogging to recharge my batteries and spend some much needed time with my husband, children, extended family and friends!

I hope you have a Merry Christmas, a Happy Hanukkah, a wonderful Kwanzaa or that whatever you may be celebrating is filled with much love, laughter, peace and happiness!

What are your plans for the holidays?

Are you travelling, cooking a big dinner, entertaining?

  1. Have a great Christmas with your family! I still need to hit the grocery store, bake, wrap a couple things….on Monday I’m supposed to take pics of our great nieces who are 6 months and 3.5 years old. Christmas Day we have to make the family rounds but will come home by 3 to cook/eat because my stepson is coming over.

  2. Love your beautiful Christmas tree! Enjoy the time with your family…. and of course the extended family. We are all so fortunate to have each other… this is the real gift!

  3. I’m staying home with family and I’m very happy about it. Merry Christmas to you and all the very best in the new year. Enjoy your holiday!!
