Ingredients
  • 1 tub (250 g) PC Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese (NEW)
  • 1 tsp (5ml) chopped PC Fresh Thyme
  • 1.2 tsp (2ml) finely grated lemon rind
  • ¼ tsp (1ml) PC Mediterranean Sea Salts
  • ¼ tsp (1ml) freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp (15ml) PC Splendido Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Cold Pressed

Instructions
  1. Spread cream cheese into shallow serving dish and smooth top. Sprinkle with thyme, lemon rind, salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Serve with raw vegetables or toasted baguette slices.
