What is a Guest Book Tree?
I grew up in Ontario, Canada in a family of 6 daughters. I thought I would stay at home forever, I loved living with my family. Surprisingly, I not only moved away from home but out of the country, and to Texas of all places! There I married and began my own family.
I started SpottedNest on etsy first as a way of selling heat packs. While living in Texas, I was a massage therapist and my clients loved the heat packs I used in my sessions and wanted a place to buy them to use at home.
However, my shop quickly evolved after one of my co-workers asked me to paint a guest book tree for her wedding. She had the idea but couldn’t find them anywhere!
I now live in Mesa, Arizona with my husband and two daughters and I spend every evening after my girls go to bed painting and listening to audio books. Who wouldn’t love that? My little business keeps our family afloat while my husband finishes up medical school.
I recently started my own website, www.SpottedNest.com and have been able to add many pictures to my gallery for brides to see past examples of my past trees.

I would probably want the personal touch, I really like the flag idea. But I also like the boots, that way we could add our son to the picture. I also like the pet one, but not totally sure.
