Our son, who lives in Ontario, is home for a visit. This is always a fun time for all of us. Barbecued Ribs ~ I must confess, although we usually prepare them together, this is actually my husbands recipe.  He heard about the concept on a radio show and has been making them ever since.  They are so simple to prepare and the juicy meat literally falls off the bone.
