I am totally in love my Dyson DC43 Animal vacuum.  I was not used to using an upright vacuum, so there was a small adjustment period, but the bit of adjustment was totally worth the superior results. We have two cats (many times three – a frequent out of town visitor!) and never have our carpets, furniture and hard surfaced floors been cleaner.  You can well imagine the cat hair, balls of cat fur and litter that is tracked through our house daily.
