~ CLOSED ~ President’s Choice #GuidingStarsCA $150 GC Giveaway

 

As I mentioned in a couple earlier posts, I am writing a four-part series on the #PCGuidingStars program.

• Part One invited you to, Follow My Journey with the Loblaws #‎GuidingStarsCA‬ #‎PCStars‬ Program –  I explained that like many of us, I am increasingly aware of what goes into my body and I am striving to eat a healthier diet, not only for myself, but for my family too. In the post I talked about my discovery of the Guiding Stars® Program at Loblaws® stores and how I am in LOVE with not only the Guiding Stars® Program itself, but also my ability to track my Guiding Stars Personal Profile.
• Part Two featured a, #GuidingStarsCA  Follow-Up & My Meeting with a Registered Dietitian –  Did you know anyone can set up a free meeting with their Loblaws Registered Dietitian?  If you haven’t already done so, you should take advantage of this wonderful opportunity. My Loblaws dietitian, as I am sure they all are, was a wealth of information.  She walked me through the store aisles and departments, asking about my usual choices and making simple suggestions on how to tweak my choices to increase the nutritional level of my food selections.
• In Part Three I had the opportunity to learn some cooking tips and tricks on my My Visit to a PC Cooking School – What a wonderful adventure this was! If you have never attended a PC Cooking School, I urge you to try one soon. Not only will you pick up some great nutritional tips, delicious recipes and great entertaining ideas; you will have a lot of fun!
