#PURELL30 Day Challenge Reduced Illness-Causing Germs

A little while ago, in another post, I was telling you about our family taking the #PURELL30 Day Challenge. We made a commitment to help reduce the spread of illness-causing germs by using PURELL® Advanced Hand Sanitizer at least three times a day.

I just want to update you on how the #PURELL30 Day Challenge is progressing.

To encourage use of hand sanitizer, when soap and water aren’t convenient or available, we have made sure it is easily accessible, by:

Putting sanitizer in our car (I always have some in the glove compartment to sanitize my hands after shopping).
Attaching a little container to backpacks.
Making sure we have a container in the kitchen. In addition to hand washing, I encourage the use of sanitizer before and after food prep as well as, before meals.
Having a small bottle in my purse.
We always pack sanitizer in our suitcase when traveling – hotel rooms are notoriously dirty.
Keeping a bottle at our desks.
We keep some wipes in the bathroom for quickly sanitizing taps, doorknobs, and toilets flush handles…they can get so filthy!
Attaching a little bottle to all of our key chains for quick, convenient access to sanitizer when we’re not at home.
There are also wipes (as well as a bottle of sanitizer) in the kitchen to wipe down counters and sinks before and after food prep.

An everyday habit of using PURELL® sanitizer products helps reduce the spread of illness-causing germs.

Because germs are invisible to the naked eye, it is difficult for me to actually see that our hands are now cleaner. However, I do know that we have used PURELL® wipes and sanitizer at least three times a day, and that has given me peace of mind. I feel that we are doing as much as we can to keep as many germs as possible at bay.
