Tuna Rice Casserole

Serves: 5-6
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
  • ½ soup can of milk
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can white tuna (You may substitute with 1 can white meat chicken or 1 cup chopped, cooked chicken or turkey)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Cooked rice, enough for 6 servings
  • Couple big handfuls of plain chips, crushed
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. To a buttered casserole dish add creamed soup and milk. Stir well to combine.
  3. Stir in chopped onion and tuna.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle frozen peas over the top.
  6. Top peas with cooked rice.
  7. Sprinkle rice with crushed chips.
  8. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
