Last week I was going to a girls get together with some family and friends. I wanted to take some of the burdens off the host and offered to bring along an appetizer. BLT with Cheese Focaccia Sandwich

A couple of weeks ago I was craving Focaccia Bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dip it in. I knew I had all the ingredients on hand so I decided to whip up a batch. The problem, if that's what you want to call it...lol...is the recipe makes two loaves. Our son was home for his vacation, though, so I knew I would have no trouble using both loaves.
