Cranberry Sauce Two Ways

This may sound a little strange, but one of my favourite parts of a big turkey dinner is the cranberry sauce. Sure, I like the main event. Glazed Lemon and Cranberry Muffins

A couple of days ago I found a bag of frozen cranberries, left over from Christmas no doubt, in the back of my freezer.  Since muffins are my favourite thing to bake and I also had a fresh lemon on hand, I decided to modify my recipe for Blueberry Muffins and try to make some Glazed Lemon and Cranberry Muffins. Cranberry Orange Bread

Last week I was craving something sweet (which is nothing new...) to have with an afternoon cup of tea. As I stood, staring blankly into the fridge and freezer, I noticed a bag of frozen cranberries which were left over from Christmas.
