I don’t know about you, but June is a busy month in our household! We have birthdays and anniversaries to celebrate, not to mention the all important dads and grads!
It’s often sometimes tough to come up with a gift that will be meaningful to the recipient but yet doesn’t tax the brain or the bank too much.
I find I can usually count on Hallmark to take some of the guess-work out of my shopping. They seem to always have the perfect gifts for every occasion, including Perfect Gifts for Dads and Grads.

We’re taking my husband and his dad out to brunch!
I will no doubt be going upstairs to my sons for a celebration breakfast. It’s nice being a guest after all these years. :-)
We will all be gathering at my dad’s house. He has just sold it and this will be the last Father’s Day we celebrate in his house of 54 years.
No plans this year for anything, such a boring year!!
For Father’s Day, the family are going to go out to the park for a picnic.
I am planning a family BBQ for the weekend to celebrate Father’sDay.
no big plans… guess i had better get on it ! maybe a bbq? but that would mean ‘dad’ would have to stand at the bbq….hmmmm….
We plan to go out for lunch and mini golf! No grads this year :)

Our daughters usually have a BBQ!
I love the idea of a small unique suit case for where they may go- I know my kids loved the surprises they got every time I would send them a small box family news, some home-made goodies and something I made by hand.
I have no plans…Everybody is away! and no grads this year…
no special plans, hubby has to work most of the day, kids will give him his gifts and we will have a BBQ in the evening.

Our dad passed away a little over a year ago, and we miss him so much but he loved our annual Fathers Day BBQ, our family has a few so we are going to celebrate our dad all together.
We’ll be taking my dad and my husband to the zoo!
The kids and I buy dad gifts and cake :)
We plan on going out for a boat ride, fishing and having a BBQ for dad this year.

My dad is away for Father’s Day this year, so we will be spending it with my in-laws who live a few hours away.
My youngest convocated this year after 2 yrs in her program..now she needs to find full time employment (but prob wil be moving home at the end of july) . My husbands new job (the 2nd one this yr) starts on saturday so he’ll be working sunday ..don’t really plan on doing anything here til my son and DIL come to visit us :)

Well unfortunately I am not in Canada atm. So I”m missing the Celebration. However, I did purchase my Dad a new couch before I left. See he is a stroke victim, as well as can’t see or hear good. He cannot walk. He does not like hospital type bed. No support. So he prefers sleeping on couches. I have also won a $50 Home Depot Gift Card on Twitter so I instructed my Mom to buy him something he wants. It will be their 50th Anniversary on July 23. So I will make it up to both then.
We will take my husband out for dinner at his favorite restaurant on Fathers Day. My great-nephew graduated from high school this spring.

For Fathers Day I am going to spend it with my hubby and his best friend (who recently lost his dad) and I will invite my father over for dinner.
For Fathers day we are going to our son’s home for salmon on cedar planks on the B.B.Q. We have a daughter who is graduating from grade 8.
I am going to prepare a special breakfast then we will be going to Church after which a BBQ is being held.
The weather is great in Toronto – doing a big bbq party with family and friends for my dad!
