CrystalxPain by SmartEnergetics {Review}

I recently had the opportunity to try CrystalxPain pacs by.  Both my husband and I suffer from back pain, mine is chronic and his is more acute.  CrystalxPain claims to provide natural, non-invasive relief from acute and chronic pain and I thought we would make good test subjects, so why not give it a try.

I received two pacs, one large and one small companion pac. For continued relief and further support, it is recommend that you carry your CrystalxPain small companion pac during times when you are most active, and when you are not using your larger pac.  You can easily slip it into a pocket of your pants or shirt.

As a result of a back injury fifteen years ago, compounded by my many years as a Registered Nurse, I now have intermittent chronic lower to mid back pain.  It doesn’t bother me constantly, but if I have been standing, walking or sitting for an extended period it has a tendency to flare up and become quite uncomfortable.

According to their website:

CrystalxPain uses natural minerals taken from the earth around us. Our pain pacs contain several different forms of natural silica, which have natural energy-release properties that have been shown to potentially provide a noticeable level of relief from acute and chronic pain, as well as muscle strains and soreness.

Through a proprietary process, we have managed to capture and preserve the natural energy-release properties that are unique to the forms of silica that we use.

When formulated in the right proportions, the natural energy-release properties that we have captured in our CrystalxPain pacs – when held against the location of your pain – provides a natural release of energy that can neutralize the pain signals running along your neural networks which can result in a noticeable level of relief from pain, and potentially longer periods of time between the occurrences of your pain.

My back had been bothering me quite a bit these last few months so I was the first to use the pac. I read the  which contains easy to follow, precise instructions and gave it a try.

While you are stationary or at rest, you simply place your pain pac against the location of your pain, and use it as long as you like, until your pain subsides.

I often sit on my couch when writing so it was easy just to slip the pac onto my back and it was held in place by the arm of the chair.  I have been using it several times a day and I definitely have noticed my back feels much better. I’m not sure of the exact science behind the pac, but what I do know is, in the areas of my back where I once had pain and stiffness, I have now been experiencing a tingling and a relaxed sensation.

Since my husband first injured his back years ago while playing tennis, he has a tendency to “throw his back out”, once every year or so.  Just a couple of weeks ago, while gardening he re-injured his back and was pretty well immobile for 3 days.

My husband also used the CrystalxPain pacs, we again reviewed the “how to use information” and he agreed he would give it a try.  He tried the large pac on the injured area of his back twice for 1 hour each time.  He reported minimal relief from his pain and refused to continue with the treatment.

Pain is highly subjective. No one knows the extent of your pain like you do. Maybe it was the type of acute pain he was experiencing, but I feel if he had kept up with the treatment he may have had relief from his pain like I did, but I guess we’ll never know for sure.

In the end, there is probably no one single solution, and it will probably take a combination of conventional and alternative, complementary or natural methods for any of us to achieve a meaningful and consistent level of relief.

  1. Can I get a suit made out of that? I ache and hurt all over, but lately it’s my feet giving me a lot of pain. Would they work for feet too I wonder?

    • lol…yeah, somedays I feel like that too! I bet it would work for your feet JoJo; if it is the bottom of your feet you could put the pac on the floor and rest your feet on it or alternately, if the top of your feet ache you could rest your feet on the floor and put the pack on top of them.
