When my kids were little, I baked a lot of muffins. Usually blueberry, bran, pumpkin, banana, rhubarb...I tried to keep them relatively healthy. Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookies ~ I have had this recipe for what seems like forever! I think I got it from my mom, but I am not sure where she discovered it or its initial origin. I do remember when we were kids we often had pudding for dessert.
