I thought it would be fun to do a round-up of the Top 10 Recipes of 2013. To determine which recipes made the top 10 list, I went to my site stats and looked at the top posts for the last year and picked out the top 10 recipes.
It is actually very interesting and sometimes a bit surprising to look back over the last year and see what posts brought in the most traffic. If you haven’t already done so, you should have a look at your stats, I’m sure you will find it very interesting too!
Anyway, as usual, I am digressing and getting off track! So, here are the 10 most visited recipes for the last year.
Top 10 Recipes of 2013 (with recipe links and number of views) :
#1 Broccoli Salad – 22, 104 views
#2 Seafood Linguine – 12, 016 views
#3 Deer Guard – 7, 478 views (this was a surprise!)
(While not what most would consider to be a “conventional” recipe, it is however a recipe, so I have included it.)
#4 Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia – 6, 727 views
#5 Lady Ashburnham Pickles – 3,625 views
#6 Groaning Cake – 2,891 views
#7 Homemade Nuts & Bolts – 2,388 views
#8 Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookies – 2, 140 views
#9 Crème Brûlée – 1, 732 views
#10 Breakfast Skillet – 1, 722
And, because I am super curious and thought you may be too. If we take the unconventional recipe for Deer Guard out of the equation then the 10th spot would go to:
Oven Subs – 1, 676
I had fun both making these recipes and finding out where they ranked for the past year. I hope you will give a couple of these recipes a try, they are all delicious ( well, not the Deer Guard…lol) and I think you will enjoy them.
As always, if you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to ask and I will do my very best to answer.
Wishing you a very happy 2014 filled with wonderful food, fun and adventure!
I must make the pudding cookies and broc salad!!
I love that broccoli salad! I’m not surprised it was the most popular!
It is tasty isn’t it Lolli! Lots of people seemed to like it, especially in the summer and during the holidays!
That Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia sounds delish!
It is so good Jessica and very easy to make. The most difficult psrt is the time for the risings.
